PERSONALIZED  BRICK  GUIDELINES  AND FORM

1.  The caption “IN HONOR” is used for the living.  The caption “IN MEMORY” is used for the deceased.    Please make the appropriate choice by marking the box below.  A MAXIMUM of three (3) lines per brick.

2.  Space is limited to 17 characters and spaces using all capital letters.  20 spaces if only capitalizing first letter of name.    All spacing between letters/names is counted in the final number.

3.  Standard quality pavers will be used.  Personalized brick will be engraved and filled for outstanding appearance.

4.  Jr., St., III., may be used.  However, titles, degrees, rank, Mr., Mrs., Ms., etc. may not be used.

5.  Personalized brick/bricks will be randomly placed.
