The Francis Land House / Historic Site and Gardens (also known as Rose Hall) is owned by the City of Virginia Beach and is located at 3131 Virginia Beach Blvd. Years ago the Land House flourished as a busy Plantation located just off the Pine Tree branch of the Lynnhaven River.
